Keep employee records, leave, attendance and paperwork in one place. Employees can submit requests, managers can act on them, and HR can follow the work that needs attention.
Employee records and reporting lines
Keep each employee’s contract details, team and manager together. The organisation chart makes reporting lines visible; access depends on the person’s role and scope.
Requests with a place to return to
Leave requests, balances and an approval inbox bring the request and its decision together. Delegation supports a colleague who is covering an approver’s absence.
Attendance for the monthly handover
Record daily hours and export the collective attendance sheet as Excel, CSV or PDF. Approved leave can prefill the attendance sheet. Project time entries keep a separate record of work on projects.
Documents and company routines
Prepare documents from Romanian templates, issue certificates and follow onboarding and offboarding tasks. Policies have acknowledgements per version. Romanian employment templates are marked as under legal review.
Reports and a record of changes
Use the standard reports and exports to prepare information for colleagues and your accountant. Roles control access, and the audit log records supported changes in the workspace.
What the HR workspace does not do
Deelbert does not run payroll, submit information to REGES or provide an integrated qualified electronic signature. It is a web application, with no native mobile app. Exports help you prepare information for your accountant.
Hosting and optional AI processing
The application database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Company modules work without AI. Optional employee-file prefilling from an identity document uses an AI provider outside the EU today. Read the privacy policy for the provider, location and transfer limitations before using it. Employee data can be exported and deleted through the available account and HR controls.
Set up around your company
Enterprise is activated manually after we discuss your needs. We agree on the price and configure the workspace with you. Company modules are not included in the Free or Pro recruiting plans.
