1. Who we are
Deelbert (deelbert.com) is a web application for recruiters and HR teams. It is developed and operated by the Romanian company below, registered for VAT in Romania ("we", "us", "our"). These terms are a contract between us and you, the person or organization that uses Deelbert ("you").
- Company: HARP SOFTWARE S.R.L.
- Registered office: Intrarea Guliver nr. 13, bl. C2, sc. 2, et. 7, ap. 500, Sector 6, București, România
- Trade Register number: J2021022546402
- Tax identification number (CUI): 41883863
- VAT ID: RO41883863
- Email: contact@deelbert.com
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Read it together with these terms.
2. The service and plans
Deelbert has three plans:
- Free (EUR 0): recruiting essentials, including the browser extension that captures LinkedIn profiles when you click it, the LinkedIn search query generator and the candidate pipeline, with the usage limits described in Section 6.
- Pro (EUR 15 per month, VAT included): recruiting without the Free limits, plus the leads pipeline (opportunities, contacts, interviews) and teams (shared workspaces and invitations). It is a monthly subscription (Section 4). "Unlimited" means no plan caps on candidates, jobs and AI extractions; technical limits that protect the service, such as rate limits, still apply.
- Enterprise: everything in Pro plus company management: employees, time off, attendance, documents and signatures, policies, certificates, projects and reports. It is provided under a separate contract (Section 7).
We keep improving Deelbert, so features can change, be added or be removed over time. If we remove a main feature of a paid plan you subscribe to, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel (Section 5).
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old. Deelbert is built for professional and business use, such as recruiting or running a team.
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date, including your billing details.
- Keep your password secure and do not share your account. If you think someone used your account without permission, tell us right away.
- You are responsible for the activity in your account. If you own a workspace, you are also responsible for the colleagues you invite to it, for the roles you give them and for what they do there.
- If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so; "you" then also means that company.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- Price. Pro costs EUR 15 per month, VAT included. It is paid monthly, in advance, through our payment provider Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically every month and the payment method on file is charged at each renewal, until you cancel it (Section 5).
- Who it covers. A Pro subscription belongs to the account that buys it and applies to the workspaces that account owns. Members of those workspaces use them on the same plan.
- Invoices. We issue the invoice for each payment, based on the billing details you give at checkout (name, billing address and, for companies, the tax identification number). Make sure they are correct and complete.
- Price changes. We may change the price of Pro. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, by email or in the app. The new price applies from your first renewal after that date; if you do not agree, cancel before then.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days. If it still fails after the retries, the subscription ends and your workspaces go back to the Free plan. Your data is kept, but the Free limits apply again.
- Free periods and discounts. If we give you Pro for free for a period (for example, as an early access benefit) or a discount code, it applies as described when you get it. When a free period ends, your workspaces return to Free unless you subscribe; when a discount ends, the normal price applies.
5. Cancellation, refunds and the right of withdrawal
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings, Plan & billing, Manage billing (the Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: you keep Pro until then and you are not charged again. After that, your workspaces go back to the Free plan.
Refunds
Payments are not refunded for partial periods or unused time, except where the law requires it, including the right of withdrawal below.
Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU
If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession) and you live in the European Union, you can withdraw from the Pro subscription within 14 days from the day you bought it, without giving any reason (Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU; in Romania, Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014).
When you start a Pro subscription, you ask us to start providing the service immediately, during the withdrawal period, and you give your consent to that. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, you pay only an amount proportional to the service provided until you told us that you withdraw (Article 14(3) of the Directive). We refund the rest of your payment within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the 14 days end, for example by email to contact@deelbert.com. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following
service: Deelbert Pro subscription.

Name of the consumer: [your name]
Address of the consumer: [your address]
Email of the Deelbert account: [your email]
Signature of the consumer (only if this form is sent on paper)
Date: [date]
6. Free plan limits
The Free plan limits how many candidates and jobs you can create and how many AI extractions you can run each month. Today the limits are 100 candidates, 3 jobs and 20 AI extractions per month; the current values are always shown on our pricing page and in the app.
When you reach a limit, you can still view and edit what you have, but you cannot add more until you upgrade or, for AI extractions, until the next month starts. We may adjust the Free limits; changes apply going forward and do not delete your existing data.
7. Enterprise
Enterprise, including the company management features, is provided under a separate written contract with your organization, and we activate it for your company once that contract is in place. If that contract (or a data processing agreement signed with it) conflicts with these terms, the contract prevails. For anything it does not cover, these terms apply.
8. Acceptable use
- Lawful use. Use Deelbert only in line with the law, including data protection, employment, anti-discrimination and electronic communications law.
- Personal data. When you put personal data about candidates, employees or other people into Deelbert, you (or the organization you act for) are the data controller under the GDPR. You are responsible for having a legal basis for it and for informing those people. We are your data processor: we process that data only to provide the service, on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy. Companies that need a data processing agreement (DPA) can ask us for one.
- The LinkedIn extension. The extension captures a profile only when you click it, from the page you are viewing. You are responsible for using it in line with LinkedIn's terms and the law, and for capturing only data you have the right to process. Do not use it, or any other part of Deelbert, for bulk or automated collection. Deelbert is not affiliated with LinkedIn.
- What is not allowed. Sending spam or unsolicited messages; uploading malware or content that is illegal, discriminatory or infringes the rights of others; trying to access accounts or data that are not yours; testing the security of the service without our written permission; reverse engineering, decompiling or copying the software, except where the law allows it; overloading, scraping or disrupting the service, or getting around its limits and plan restrictions; reselling the service without our agreement.
9. AI features
- Deelbert uses AI for summaries, extracting structured information, scoring candidates against jobs and other assistive features. The AI providers are listed as subprocessors in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.
- AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Treat it as a suggestion and check it before you rely on it, especially before any decision about a person.
- Decisions about candidates and employees must be made by people. Do not use Deelbert to take decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on a person (Article 22 GDPR). Deelbert does not reject or advance candidates automatically.
- You remain responsible for the decisions you make with the help of Deelbert.
10. Your content and data
- What you put into Deelbert (candidate profiles, notes, jobs, documents and files) remains yours, or your organization's.
- You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, process and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and support the service for you, on your instructions and as described in our Privacy Policy. The license ends when the content is deleted.
- You confirm that you have the right to upload the content you upload.
- You can export your data with the export features in the app (for example CSV exports and per-person exports), and you can ask us for help.
- When your account is closed or a workspace is deleted, we delete the data as described in our Privacy Policy, including how long copies remain in backups. Export anything you want to keep before that. To close your account, use the options in Settings where they are available, or write to us.
11. Availability and support
- We work to keep Deelbert available and reliable, but we provide it on a best effort basis, without a guaranteed uptime or service level agreement (SLA), unless an Enterprise contract says otherwise.
- We may interrupt the service for maintenance, updates or security reasons. We try to do this at quiet times and to announce significant planned maintenance in advance.
- Support is by email at contact@deelbert.com. We answer as soon as we reasonably can.
12. Intellectual property
Deelbert, including the software, the browser extension, the design, our texts and the Deelbert name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These terms give you the right to use the service while your account is active; they do not transfer any ownership or give you rights in our brand. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you. LinkedIn and other third-party names are trademarks of their owners.
13. Liability
- We provide Deelbert as it is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, business opportunities or goodwill.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims related to Deelbert is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim and (b) EUR 100.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
- If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under consumer protection law are not affected.
14. Suspension and termination
- You can stop using Deelbert at any time. Cancelling a subscription is covered in Section 5.
- We may suspend or limit your access, or close your account, if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if a payment is not made, if your use puts the service, other users or third parties at risk, or if the law or an authority requires it. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- If we decide to stop offering Deelbert altogether, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, give you time to export your data and refund any amount you prepaid for the period after the service ends.
- The sections that by their nature should continue after an account is closed (for example intellectual property, liability and governing law) continue to apply.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we change features or prices or when the law changes. For important changes, we will tell you at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or in the app. If you keep using Deelbert after that date, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can stop using the service and cancel your subscription before then. Minor changes, such as clearer wording or corrections, take effect when published. The date at the top shows the current version.
16. Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by Romanian law.
- Disputes are settled by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, where we have our registered office. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can also bring a claim before the courts where you live.
- Before going to court, write to us: most problems can be solved quickly.
- If you are a consumer, you can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro), use alternative dispute resolution (SAL) through ANPC's SAL platform: https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
